Gianna Does It All

or at least she tries to…

As a neurodivergent woman, I’ve embraced the beauty of juggling multiple passions rather than committing to just one. My journey into motherhood inspired me to cultivate a diverse ecosystem of projects and clients, both long and short-term.

From fitness instructing to catering events, helping you strategize your social media plan to advocating for sustainable agriculture - I care deeply about everything I do.

I’m excited to connect with you and share this journey together!

Join us in celebrating the debut of Field to Fork: Farmers' Market Journeys!

Field to Fork is a Virginia-based docu-series highlighting the rich cultural, agricultural, and culinary landscape of our region. Through immersive storytelling, the series showcases the people, places, and ingredients that define local food culture in an effort to promote food literacy.

All of the food served at the event will cooked by series host, Chef Gianna Stanley, and be curated from local farmers highlighting specific ingredients. Funds raised during this event will support production of the first season of the series.

Hi, I’m

Gianna

I’m a born-and-raised Jersey Girl who left the Garden State to attend Boston University, where I studied marketing and statistics. After eight years in Boston and a career in data analytics, I moved to NYC to pursue my dream of becoming a chef.

I attended the Institute of Culinary Education, volunteered at the James Beard House, and worked at Michelin-Starred Blue Hill NY before becoming a full-time private chef for a family.

In September 2020, I landed in Richmond and instantly fell in love with the food scene and everything the River City has to offer!

In addition to my work as a Private Chef, I’m a certified nutritionist, brand strategist, fitness instructor with Fit4Mom Richmond, and a culinary instructor at The Kitchen Classroom. I also serve as the President of the Delta Gamma Richmond Alumnae Chapter, founder of Social Club RVA, and Community Director for the Richmond chapter of Ladies Lifestyle Network.

My favorite place to be is the farmers market, so it’s fitting that I became the 2023 and 2024 resident Chef at the Market for non-profit RVAgriculture.

  • Hire me to cater a special dinner in your home, join your yoga retreat as a resident chef or teach a private class. I have availability in both NYC and RVA, and book 3-4 travel jobs per year.

  • From content creation to developing your marketing strategy, I am your girl! With over a decade of strategy experience, I can help you elevate your brand whether you are looking for a rebrand or a partner to create captivating Instagram Reels.

  • I absolutely love storytelling and would be thrilled to represent your brand or non-profit on camera. Whether you are looking for someone to host a web series or create internal training videos, please reach out.

For full video creation, please email Amy at Nosh Production

  • I have multiple subjects that I can speak on from Career Changing to Ethical and Sustainable Agriculture. My talks are primarily live, but can be adapted for podcast and digital formats.
